On Halloween night i had a lot of fun trick or treating with my friend. We went all over our neighborhood trick or treating. My friend (James) was Bart Simpson and i was a Minecraft creeper. I got a lot of candy like Twix and Snickers but my favorite was Recess Peanut butter cup. I ate a little of it while i was trick or treating because i was really hungry after a while. At like 7:30 i was getting sleepy because we started at 6:00 and since then we where walking. So that is how my trick or treat night went.
This morning Samuel Menyongar came to our school and he talked about his country (Sierra Leone) and his village (Konde Farm.) He talked about water sacristy and Ebola but then Mrs. Oliver asked what do the Africans think of us in the U.S.A and Samuel said "Some Americans are very generous and some have more than they need. I think they perceive Americans this way because they know some people have so much money but they don't even know what to do with it and Sierra Leone need the money. some of the richer people could do some things to help Sierra Leone like help build wells and maybe even donate money. This is the kinds of things Sierra Leone needs.
One thing i should say more often is "I don't know." I should say this more often because i am wrong a lot of the time. When we are in a conversation some times i say what i have to say but i don't say if i know if it is right or if it is wrong. I am going to start working on saying "I don't know" where ever i am and i should say thank you more often too. When i ask for some thing from my parents. Here is the video. |
